Overall, the 2nd floor apartment is quite nice. I’ve enjoyed the living space, and the full stove/oven in the kitchen has been very nice to have for cooking. The cleaning lady is very nice, and she does a good job maintaining the space. Although I keep most clean, it’s nice to have her around to help with the rest. The hot water is good. It heats quickly, and it lasts long enough for showers. It’s also very nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. This building’s location is also pretty good. It’s in a mostly quiet place, not too far from Hoan Kiem and main roads. The street also hasn’t flooded since I arrived, even though we’ve had some strong rains. So yes, I do like the apartment and the building. I have enjoyed my life in this space for 3 months.
